About Meadows Architecture
Starting with its founding in 2019, Meadows Architecture seeks to bring an exceptional design and construction experience to homeowners and developers. We are detail oriented, process driven, and collaborative with the entire design team.
We partner with many high-quality local contractors and craftsmen to ensure a seamless design-to-construction handoff, ensuring our ability to work within the defined construction budget and timeline.

Sustainability
Sustainable design practice is central to the mission of Meadows Architecture, so much so that the “-eco” extension on our website and email addresses is a point of pride.
Sustainability can mean a lot of things, but to us the focus is always on energy efficiency, the natural environment, and local materials and craftspeople. By building in a way which directs our senses toward the natural beauty around us our homes can promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. And when we utilize local businesses, products, and artisans, we not only reduce the carbon emissions related to transportation and shipping, but we also help to bolster the local economy and provide economic incentives for further investment in the State.
It is the pride of Meadows Architecture to celebrate the environment, heritage, and economy of North Carolina.

Technology
All design work is fully detailed in state-of-the-art 3D computer software, rather than the traditional 2D hand drafting. This means the design can be more quickly and accurately communicated to the cost estimators, to the general contractor, and to the permitting jurisdiction, leading to better pricing and quicker turnarounds. This also means that high quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs are part of the standard services package, rather than a costly add-on. The architectural drawings shown on this site are all examples of renderings provided to clients as part of their standard design service.
