Cafe Fit-Up
The owners of this small-town retail space featured a dramatic conversion into a rustic café, with a new modern kitchen and dining areas. The interiors made dramatic use of humble materials, and the exterior underwent a dramatic facelift to complement its main street location.
The kitchen was carefully coordinated with the owner’s needs and each piece of equipment was modeled in 3D to show proper clearances. A variety of dining layouts were studied to provide the most efficient layout for the tight space, and even the queue space for the registers were studied to ensure proper circulation.
This space underwent a dramatic transformation on a tight budget for the owner, converting a vacant retail space into a vibrant main street attraction.
