This renovation and addition seeks to maximize the quality of this historic home by adding to the existing square footage and reworking spaces which poorly functioned in the existing layout.
A new Owner’s Suite is added to the second floor, the addition and roofline seamlessly tied into the historic residence. The first floor kitchen is dramatically enlarged to include a breakfast space and a large adjacent law library. A complementary outdoor terrace and screened porch overlooks the lush backyard and provides opportunities for indoor/outdoor entertainment.
