Sonata Ridge
This whole-home renovation sought to add square footage of living space while emphasizing indoor-outdoor spaces and views to the surrounding forests. A primary requested component was a dedicated space for a grand piano near the living room. This provided an inspiration for the corner tower element, which features a special window alcove for the piano on the first floor and a generous balcony off the Primary Bedroom.
A first-floor bedroom suite is also provided for easier access as the Owners age-in-place, the kitchen is completely remodeled and expanded in area with a dedicated butler’s pantry, and a third floor bonus room is converted into a third bedroom suite for guest use.
The front entrance and facade is likewise completely transformed with a stately, period-appropriate gable and portico, lending a refined and dignified appearance to the home.
